Before I bought my digital camera, I considered a lot of things. One of them is whether to buy a DSLR(Digital Single Reflex) or a P/S(Point and Shoot) one. I did a little research to compare them and weighed the benefits and downsides. In the end, cheap and lightweight Point and Shoot won over big, heavy and bulky DSLR. Yes, DSLR produces more quality photos but what use will that be if I don’t have the eye for photography? DSLR is quite expensive and it will just be complete waste on my end since I can’t produce great photos. Anyway, I am just a casual shooter who wants a digital camera that can take pictures of those special moments in a clear printable photo.
I may not have the eye for photography but I admire its works of art just like Rob Alexander Photography. His works are just way so magnificent that made me ask God why I am not gifted with such talent. His passion for photography started just out of boredom and took a shot on most of the local bands along with legendary skateboarding friends throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Shortly afterwards, he was discovered by a few upcoming designers and was asked to shoot catalog photography for clothing lines. He has shot professionally since the nineties and until now he continues to shoot head shots, fashion, bands, action, sports photography and artistic images in Los Angeles where he currently resides. Have a look on his brilliant works of art here.
