Quick Recipe For Mangoes

Mango is a tropical plant that has lots of health benefits aside from the fact that it is sweet and juicy. It is a rich source of Vitamin A, E and Selenium which can help protect against heart disease and other ailment. It is effective in relieving clogged pores of the skin and is also valuable to combat acidity and poor digestion. It is also high in antioxidants and low in carbohydrates.
Pregnant women and people with anemia are advised to eat this fruit regularly as it is high in iron. It is also beneficial to people with kidney problems, fever, respiratory problems and constipation. Recent studies suggest they are also powerful cancer-fighters.

Anyhow, mango is one of my favorite fruits so imagine my delight when a friend gave us a boxful of yellow mangoes yesterday. However, all of the mangoes are already ripe. We have to consume it right away or it would just rot and it would be such a waste to see it in the trash can. It would be best to eat them fresh and natural but it would also take us days to consume all of them. Thus, I have decided to make quick recipes out of yummy, yellow mangoes.

Since I am not a good cook and the pantry is already empty, I have to make an easy recipe with fewer ingredients. Off I went to the nearest mini store and bought three ingredients; condensed milk, all purpose cream and graham crackers. I have decided to make the creamy Mango Float and the cool and refreshing Mango Shake. Oohh, so perfect for the hot weather, right? Anyway, I still have a few mangoes left and I have ran out of quick recipe ideas, so if you have any quick and easy recipes for yellow mangoes, I would greatly appreciate it if you can share some of them with me. Thank you in advance.

By the way, don’t forget your daily serving of fruit like mango as it is good for your health. Happy Sunday!
